Monday planning (1 hour), Wednesday mid-sprint check (30 min), Friday demo (45 min), final Friday retro (30 min). Total ceremony is under 3 hours per fortnight.

A sprint goal (one sentence), a sprint board (live, not snapshotted), a written status (Friday afternoon), a demo recording.
